Shipping time

As a general rule, packages are sent within 48-72 working hours from Monday to Friday after payment is received, through a transport agency with a tracking and delivery number.

We will provide you with a link so you can track your order online.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs. Handling costs have a fixed price, while transportation costs may vary depending on the total weight of the package and the place of destination. We recommend that you group all your items in the same order. We cannot combine two different orders, and the shipping and return shipping costs will be applied to each one individually.

The boxes are large and your items will be well protected. We are not responsible for damage to your package after shipment, but we do our best to protect all items to insulate them from transportation handling.

Steps to return home

Pack and prepare your order. Prepare the products with the original packaging in the case of having taken them out of the box. You will receive a notice from us indicating the date of collection of your return.

Deliver the package to the carrier. On the indicated date and time, the carrier will come to your home to collect the item. If you want to change your appointment, contact the transport agency to make the change.

You will receive your refund. From the moment the package arrives at our warehouses, 3 working days will pass. In order for you to receive a refund of the amount of your purchase through the means of payment that you chose, the product must be in perfect condition, we will not be responsible for possible damages caused in transport due to poor packaging of the product or its handling. Once we have verified that everything is correct, we will proceed to reimburse you within 14 days of receiving the mattress.

The reimbursement will not include the expenses associated with transport and handling, nor the shipment, nor the return.

Where are the returns applicable?

Return shipments are exclusively applicable to orders and purchases made within the Spanish mainland.

Consult special conditions for the Balearic Islands.

What is the withdrawal cost?

€12 for return shipments of accessories if you return your sealed package and the accessory is in perfect condition.

€39 for return shipments if you return your package unopened within a maximum period of 14 days from when you received it at home.

€79 for return shipments if you decide to return your new mattress, once opened and unused, within a maximum period of 30 days from when you received it at home.
