NATURAL SLEEP® is manufactured individually, therefore some slight variations may exist between different products of the same reference.

WHAT IS THE DURATION OF THE MANUFACTURING WARRANTY?

All NATURAL SLEEP® products are covered by a 3-year General Manufacturing Warranty with the limitations described in this warranty for the entire Spanish territory.

In accordance with the provisions of article 125.3 of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, it is expressly indicated that the Commercial Guarantee does not affect the legal rights of the consumer and user due to the lack of conformity of the products with the contract .

The guarantee is valid from the date of purchase.

COMMERCIAL WARRANTY OF UP TO 10 YEARS

NATURAL SLEEP products have an additional three-year commercial guarantee prorated as follows:

- Commercial guarantees of up to 10 years will be reduced, on the invoice amount without VAT, by 12.5% each year from the third year.

- The commercial guarantees of up to 5 years will be reduced, on the invoice amount without VAT, by 33.33% each year from the third year.

These conditions, whenever repair is not possible, will apply to the acquisition of a NATURAL SLEEP product of equal or lesser value, always through the same store where it was purchased.

WHAT DOES OUR WARRANTY COVER?

The guarantee covers physical defects or changes that cause a visible and permanent deformation of more than 2 cm in the material (not including pillows).

The outer cover of the mattress is guaranteed for 3 years from the date of purchase as long as there are defects in materials or manufacturing.

If NATURAL SLEEP were to replace the mattress cover, it would be replaced by the existing cover for that mattress at that time, which may be a different color or material than the original cover.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY?

The guarantee does not cover products that are very dirty and in inadequate hygienic conditions or when a NATURAL SLEEP product has been modified or repaired without the authorization of NATURAL SLEEP.

When the NATURAL SLEEP instructions regarding the use, cleaning and maintenance of the product have not been followed; or when the product has been damaged as a result of poor maintenance, improper use or any other reason.

The warranty does not cover normal changes in firmness or properties that do not affect the pressure relief characteristics of the product.

The guarantee will be valid exclusively when the NATURAL SLEEP product is used with the base or box spring recommended by authorized NATURAL SLEEP distributors, if no repairs have been made to the product by persons not authorized by NATURAL SLEEP; and as long as it is not proven that the damages suffered in the NATURAL SLEEP product have been caused intentionally or as a consequence of improper or illegal use of the same.

This guarantee does not cover firmness variations less than or equal to +/- 15% over the nominal firmness in accordance with ISO 3386.

TECHNICAL SERVICE

The displacement of the Technical Service (if necessary) during the product guarantee period is free as long as the conditions of the same are met. In the case of claims not covered by the guarantee, the amount of the trips will be charged in the same way as if the product were outside the guarantee period (€50 VAT included). The cost of the repair out of warranty or in cases not covered by it, will be determined in each case.

STEPS IN CASE OF INCIDENT

You must first contact the dealer where you purchased the product. He will be in charge of notifying us of the problem and contacting an agent who will visit you if necessary.
